Various barangays in Bacolod City and several towns in Negros Occidental were the recipients of free medical and dental services for both pedia and adult patients in a mission conducted by the SM Foundation yesterday.

In cooperation with the Negros Economic Development Foundation, Rotary Club of Bacolod Central and the Bacolod City Health Office, the residents have also availed free medicines.

This is the third year the Rotary partnered with SM Foundation. Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation also took part in the mission, as well as the barangay health workers from Barangay Handumanan.

The annual health mission is part of SM Foundation’s thrust to take care of the wellbeing of their stakeholders especially those from areas they are operating./WDJ
