A Bacolod Traffic Authority Office (BTAO) traffic enforcer was killed after the motorcycle he was operating crashed yesterday morning at Bangga Hacienda Rosario in Barangay Granada, Bacolod City.

Police identified the fatality as Ramil Parreño, a resident of Abada Escay in the said barangay.

Police Station 5 (PS5) commander, Police Chief Inspector Sherlock Gabana, said based on initial investigations, Parreño reportedly lost control of his motorcycle.

Parreño was thrown to the pavement instantly killing him, while his motorcycle continued to slide and collided with an oncoming tricycle.

The five occupants of the tricycle, meanwhile, suffered minor injuries./DGB, WDJ
