Sweet Crystals Sugar, Organic Solutions win in Class B

Sweet Crystals Sugar recently defeated Basecom, 65-62, while Organic Solutions beat Royal Star Trading, 60-46, in Class B of the ongoing Fil-Sino All Asian Countertrade, Inc. (AACI) Conference Inter-Company Basketball Tournament at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School gym.

Sweet Crystals led 34-31 at the half, which they later extended to 50-44.

Basecom managed to keep the game close, but not enough to claim victory.

Jason Yap led the win with 19 points, followed by Jolly Castillo with 10.

In the other game, Royal Star Trading carried a 28-25 lead at halftime; but Organic Solutions began their rally in the third period and, eventually, dominated the final quarter.
