Two men wanted on drug-related charges were nabbed on Monday after they were tracked down by police operatives in Barangay Poblacion 2, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the suspects as 26-year-old Joey Rey Ceriaco and 33-year-old Joemar Eduardo, both residents of the said city.
Sagay City police chief, Police Chief Inspector Robert Mansueto, said both suspects have outstanding warrants for violating Section 11 of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Both warrants were issued on August 10, 2017 by Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Sagay City Regional Trial Court-Branch 73, with bail recommended at P200,000 each.
The suspects are presently detained at the Sagay City Police Station./DGB, WDJ
