The Iloilo City Health Office and the Dental Health Division, through the “Pag-Ulikid sang Syudad Program,” recently provided various medical procedures, including dental and medical services, along with circumcisions, in Barangay San Juan, Molo, and Barangay Tanza Baybay in City Proper.

In addition, the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs provided identification cards for local seniors, the City Veterinarian’s Office conducted free dog vaccinations, and the City Civil Registry Office assisted those with birth certificate and marriage contract issues.

“This is just the beginning,” said Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III. “Through the ‘Pag-Ulikid sang Syudad Program,’ various City Hall departments, support staff, and volunteers catered to the needs of the public right.”

Meanwhile, the city government also turned over wheelchairs; jetmatic pumps; and sports equipment such as basketball, volleyball, and chess equipment.

Other city barangays will be visited in succeeding Saturdays./WDJ
