A total of 76 out-of-school youth and youth with disabilities recently graduated from the Iloilo City Information Technology (IT) Training Center.
The students are beneficiaries of the city government’s Sharing Computer Access Locally and Abroad-Integrated Life Skills Education (SCALA-ILSE), in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development-Region VI (DSWD-6) and Engineers without Borders Canada.
The program is a six-month IT literacy program that caters to out-of-school youth and unemployed or under-employed singles from low-income families between the ages of 15 and 24./WDJ
