DIWA Excellence Award recipient Joshua Steven B. Calvo led the recent ‘moving-up’ ceremonies for University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) students entering senior high school in the upcoming academic year.

Calvo delivered the Tribute to Alma Mater.

The ceremony was preceded by a thanksgiving mass at the Oratory of St. Nicholas of Tolentino, celebrated by Integrated School Principal and Basic Education Director, Rev. Fr. Abraham Latoza.

Other honor recipients included Zoe Dominique S. Gudio, Jhola G. Villanueva, Jeric S. Tan, Alyssa May D. Javier, Abigail L. Cordova, Joshua John T. Noble, Danell L. Jumayao, Jessele Ann V. Casiple, Franze Beatriz J. Caballero, Darriene Gayle C. Dusaran, and Joellan Chris S. Arlos./WDJ
