The Iloilo City government is set to launch their enhanced Pag-ulikid sang Syudad program, which will provide free medical, dental, civil registration, legal services, among other benefits to every barangay in the city.

“We’ll make sure that we’ll not only bring services but also enjoyment and entertainment,” said Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III.
