The Sipalay ChessFest recently closed, with Jamon Cajeras winning the 15-and-Under category, earning P5,000, and Ellan Asuela taking the rapid chess open division, winning P10,000.

Consolation prizes were also awarded for second to 10th place.

Meanwhile, in the special awards, Louie Nerio won Best 10-Under, Jamelin Ruth Lim took Best 12-Under, Adam Noah Belano – Best 14-Under, Aliah Grace Belano – Top Female./JSG, WDJ
