Unopposed Ceneco district election candidates proclaimed

The Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Ceneco) elections in Districts II, III, and VII, which took place over the weekend, recently proclaimed winners after all candidates for director ran unopposed.

Both Jojit Yap and Dwight Carbon were re-elected in Districts III and VII, respectively; while Engr. Beda Tumbos was proclaimed in District II.

Nine hundred thirty nine votes were cast out of a total 57,669 across the three districts.

District II includes Barangays Taculing, Felisa, Handumanan, Cabug, Pahanocoy, Sum-ag, Punta Taytay, Tangub, and Alijis; District III covers Barangays 17 through 20, 22 through 33, and 40 and 41; while District VII is comprised of Murcia and Don Salvador Benedicto./WDJ

 

Engr. Beda Tumbos was elected Ceneco District II director.
Jojit Yap was re-elected in Ceneco District III director.
Dwight Carbon was re-elected Ceneco District VII director.
