Vallacar conducting strict inspections

The management of Vallacar Transit, Inc. (VTI), parent company of the Ceres Bus Liner, is currently conducting strict inspection of all passengers, amid the ongoing exodus for the observance of the Holy Week.

Despite intensified security, VTI Legal and Media Relations Manager Jade Seballos said the situation at both north and south bound terminals in Bacolod City remained normal throughout the day.

She noted, local law enforcement units have already set up assistance desks and they have yet to record any notable incidents.

Despite the expected increase of passengers, Seballos said they will not increase the number of trips as they have “more than enough” buses to cover for the number of passengers.

She also advised travelers to, as much as possible, show up early to bus terminals, as well as avoid carrying too much baggage./DGB, WDJ
