Silay City police served an arrest warrant last Friday to an 18-year-old wanted for rape in the city’s Barangay Guinhalaran.

Police identified the suspect as Karl Santander, a resident of the said neighborhood,

Police said they served Santander’s arrest warrant for the crime of rape by sexual assault inside his home, which includes a P120,000 bail bond.

Santander is presently detained at the Silay City Police Station./DGB, WDJ
