The Negros Occidental Football Association (NOFA) and Cebu Football Association (CFA) recently dominated the 2018 Regional Festival of Football, which took place earlier this week at the San Julio football field in San Carlos City.

NOFA won the U15 boys’ and girls’ competitions, while CFA won the U13 boys’ and girls’ competitions.

According to Philippine Football Federation Regional Coordinator John Carmona, the event served as an opportunity to scout talent for the 2018 AFF/AFC U16 Championships./JSG, WDJ
