A three-year-old child was killed after reportedly drowning inside a large bucket in Barangay Alangilan, Bacolod City, over the weekend.

Police identified the fatality as Tricia Guiret.

According to police, Guiret’s remains was found by her aunt.

The victim was then rushed to the nearest hospital, but was declared dead on arrival by hospital staff.

Police are still probing as to how the victim drowned but initial investigation revealed the child was left unattended./DGB, WDJ
