BTTHS leaves for national competition tonight

2018 National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) regional champions Bacolod Tay Tung High School (BTTHS) head to Manila tonight, where they will compete in the NBTC National Finals, set to begin Sunday, March 18, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

“Our goal is to win one game at a time and be prepared for our next opponent,” said coach Dexter Dy.

BTTHS opens their campaign against the University of Luzon in the seeding round, with the winner advancing to face National University on Monday.

The Negrense squad is comprised of Harold Alarcon, John Paul Jereza, Kaye Perigua, Antonio Cacho, Ryan Cruz, Mart Barrera, Ralph Cagalawan, Kent Esparagoza, Christian Gamao, Alec Tan, Joel Baquilar, Fritz Tagamolila, Felix Valencia, Louie Ma, and Andy Villamer./JSG, WDJ
