Provincial Agriculturist Office prepares activities

The Office of the Provincial Agriculturist is currently preparing activities for the upcoming Panaad sa Negros Festival, which is scheduled to take place from April 14 to 22. The events planned will promote agricultural programs and projects, along with and provide business opportunities and insights in agriculture.

Among the events includes the Organic Village sa Panaad; Negros First Food Alley at the Panaad Park; a technology demonstration on alternative livelihood opportunities; and fora on special rice investment opportunities, special rice utilization training, vacuum-packed smoked fish, among other subjects.

The Pasidungog sa Panguma kag Pangisda will be held on April 21 at the Panaad Covered Court, where outstanding farmers and fisherfolk will be recognized in a variety of categories./WDJ
