Ceres-Negros FC will meet Myanmar National League champions Shan United FC today in the ongoing 2018 AFC Cup group stage at the Thuwunna Stadium in Myanmar.

Today’s match will be the third meeting between the two clubs since January.

Their first meeting ended with a victory on penalties for the Negrense side in the 2018 AFC Champions League qualifying play-offs; while the more recent encounter gave Ceres a more definitive victory, winning 2-0 at the Panaad Park and Stadium.

Ceres currently leads Group F with seven points, followed by Home United FC of Singapore with four points.

Meanwhile, Ceres fitness coach Pepe Losada left after a year with the club.
