The Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Ceneco) will be conducting maintenance activity on Sunday, March 11, which will impact consumers connected to Murcia Feeder 2.
Schedule: Sunday (March 11) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Reasons: Continuation of the conversion of a 51-span V-phase primary line to a 51-span 3-phase primary line from R14 (Farmville Subdivision) going to Bangga CPAC; along with tree-trimming covering R14.
Areas Affected: Barangays Alegria, Sta. Cruz, Blumentritt; portions of Barangay Salvacion, including Haciendas Ana Maira, Velez, Ballesteros, Buri, Laguerta, GK Smile, Sapa, and Linasan; portions of Barangay Granada in Bacolod City, including Ramos, Consolacion, Miranda, St. Domingo, and Hacienda Baribar.
Electricity consumers are further advised, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switches should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity resumes, please provide an allowance of about 10 to 15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
