The Women’s Month observance in Bacolod City began earlier this week during a flag-raising ceremony at the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC).

City Administrator John Orola outlined the schedule events for the observance, including seminars for fathers, self-defense training, a medical mission, skills training, among other activities.

In addition, a Women’s Congress will be held at the BCGC lobby on March 26./WDJ
