All 61 Bacolod City barangays were provided with medical equipment earlier this week, including a nebulizer, weighing scale, and height board, during a turnover ceremony at the Bacolod City Government Center.

According to Bacolod City Councilor Em Ang, who led the distribution ceremony, the equipment will “boost the respective health centers” capability to properly implement, supervise, and monitor the City Nutrition Action Plan.”

Also present at the ceremony were Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, Bacolod City-Liga ng mga Barangay President and Barangay Tangub Captain Noli Villarosa, Urban Basic Services Division head Ruby Agravio, and Bacolod City Barangay Nutrition Scholar Federation President Pilar Gregorio./WDJ
