167 rookie police officers undergoing training in Bacolod City

According to Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) director, Police Senior Superintendent Francisco Ebreo, 167 rookie police officers are undergoing a field training program, where they have been divided between six city police stations with a high number of cases; namely, Police Stations 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8.
Of the 167, 23 are taking part in officer training in order to become ranking police officials.
Ebreo said the trainee duties would be rotated every two months, with some assigned as traffic investigators or patrol duties and investigative work.
He added, the BCPO currently has 655 regular members among its force./DGB, WDJ
