Negros Occidental won both the secondary and tertiary football titles at the 2018 Western Visayas Private Schools Athletic Association (WVPRISAA) meet, which closed last Tuesday in Iloilo. The Negrense side defeated the host team, Iloilo, in both finals.

The secondary team won 3-0, with goals from Bryant John Alianza, John Niel Panes, and Mark Christian Gubatayao.

Meanwhile, on the tertiary level, Negros Occidental won 2-1.

The wins earned Negros Occidental berths in the upcoming National PRISAA, scheduled to take place in Tagbilaran City, Bohol./JSG, WDJ
