Bacolod City Councilor among officials to Pyeongchang art exhibit

Bacolod City Councilor Em Ang was one of 18 officials to cut the ribbon and opening an art exhibit associated with the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang over the weekend in South Korea.

“It’s an honor to represent the Philippines,” she said.

Ang, alongside acting City Public Information Officer Danny Dangcalan, were invited to the event by South Korea-based International Mask Arts and Culture Organization (IMACO).

The art exhibition is hosted by the Pyeongchang 2018 Organizing Committee, commemorating the Pyeongchang 2018 and Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The event was jointly organized by IMACO, the Beijing National Treasure Academy of Paintings and Calligraphy, China Gold 100 Art, and the Andong Culture Art Center./WDJ
