After surrendering to police through “Oplan: Tokhang,” a resident of Barangay Handumanan was arrested Monday morning after yielding drugs following a buy-bust operation in the neighborhood’s Purok Santo Niño.

Police identified the suspect as 23-year-old Angelo Montañes.

Police Station 10 (PS10) commander, Police Chief Inspector Charles Gever, said they arrested Montañes after he handed one sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for P200.

A search further yielded three more sachets of suspected shabu.

The seized substance was valued at P10,000.

Montañes is facing illegal drugs charges and is detained as PS10./DGB, WDJ
