Canlubang is looking to come out of an ongoing slump when they compete in the PAL Interclub Golf Senior Tournament, scheduled to take place in Bacolod City from March 1 to 4.

The team is coming off a loss to the Luisita Golf Club, also scheduled to play in the upcoming tournament, in a competition in Davao City.

Their current standing is considered “its worst start ever.”

Meanwhile, Rolly Viray of Canlubang expressed additional motivation for competing.

“We are going to do this for Mike,” he said, referring to Mike Preysler, who passed away last December.

Aside from Viray, Canlubang is comprised of Abe and Pem Rosal, Damasus Wong, Dave Hernandez, Mari Hechanova, Zaldy Villa, and Abe Avena./JSG, WDJ
