The Cebu Provincial Information Office, in coordination with the Provincial Youth Commission, organized the Capitol Youth Reporters Corp seminar-workshop over the weekend at the Alta Cebu Village Resort and Convention Center in Cordova, Cebu, where nearly 100 young people reportedly participated.

According to reports, those gathered were apprised on subjects include news gathering, delivering news, journalistic standards, news writing, social media, photography, and social ethics.

Speakers for the event includes Joworski Alipon of ABS-CBN Cebu, Angelica Fay Saniel of DYAB 1512, and Ainjeliz de la Torre-Orong of the Provincial Information Office, each chosen to speak on their respective media discipline./PLL, WDJ
