Brew Kettle-MSW Bleachers recently defeated Mexicali, 85-62, in Class A of the ongoing Fil-Sino Athletic Club Asia Brewery Invitational Cup 2018 at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School Po Hang Gym; while Supertwins beat Villamonte/Blitz, 84-74.

Mexicali held a slim 18-17 advantage in the opening quarter, but Brew Kettle-MSW Bleachers would later pull ahead, and went into the half up 44-34. They later increased their lead to 66-48 ahead of the final quarter.

Mark de la Cruz led the win with 14 points, followed by Leo Bat-Og and Carlo Chu, who each added 10.

In the other game, MJ Magbanua delivered 23 points for Supertwins, while Joemarie Bayhon scored 18, and Gerard Barcillote and Carl John Oquindo each added 10./JSG, WDJ
