Luisita Golf Club seeks back-to-back senior titles

The Luisita Golf Club visited the Negros Occidental Golf and Country Club and the Bacolod Golf and Country Club two weeks ago in an effort to familiarize themselves with the course, ahead of the PAL Interclub Golf Senior Tournament, scheduled to take place in Bacolod City from March 1 to 4, a week before the primary interclub tournament.

Luisita captain Jeric Hechanova said his players had not yet played either course.

The team is comprised of Rodel Mangulabnan, Raffy Garcia, Edmund Yee, Allan Alegre, Jinky Tuason, Benjie Sumulong, and Chito Laureta. Meanwhile, team member Eddie Bagtas did not participate in the familiarization tour.

Luisita Golf Club has the most senior titles in tournament history with 16, ahead of Canlubang, whom the former defeated two years ago, with nine./JSG, WDJ
