Anti-drug operatives from Police Station 4 (PS4) captured a street-level target earlier this week at Purok Chereza 1 in Barangay 27, Bacolod City.

Police identified the suspect as 35-year-old Guadalupe Pepino, a resident of the said barangay.

PS4 commander, Police Chief Inspector Ritchie Gohee, said Pepino was an identified drug dealer in the area, which was forwarded by the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council.

Gohee said they recovered two big and one small sachet of suspected shabu from the suspect with an estimated value of P15,000.

Pepino is presently detained at PS4 and is facing charges for the possession and sale of illegal drugs./JJA, WDJ
