The Latter-day Saints Charities, an arm of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or Mormons, recently turned over wheelchairs and other mobility devices to 290 senior citizens at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol.

According to Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) head Neneth Q. Pador, this was the last of a total 600 devices donated by the charity.

Recipients were provided with customized devices; with recipients, family members, and caretakers trained on wheelchair maintenance.
