Negros Occidental footballers prepare for competition

According to Negros Occidental football coaches Noreil Revilla and Ian Combate, their elementary and secondary football teams are currently undergoing rigid preparation for the upcoming 2018 Western Visayas Regional Athletic Association (WVRAA) meet, set to take place at the Iloilo Sports Complex from February 18 to 23.
Revilla noted the elementary team will be comprised of Marjune Levi Badoy, Wilton Waynne Balili, Lanze Andrei Catalan, Alfred Zuri Celeste, Robert Joshua Indiape, Lance Lawrence Locsin, King James Montano, Jed Amiel Tan, Niel Bryan Tan, Charles Joshua Taran, Cydgewyck Archie Andres Tecson, Ronan Christian Treyes, and Asher Sean Vicera of the Trinity Christian School; Timothy Miguel Sarrosa and Joshua Anthony Yee of the St. John’s Institute; Matthew Gabriel Jochico of the University of St. La Salle; and Rodrigo Marina III of the Colegio de Sta. Rita de San Carlos, Inc.
Meanwhile, Combate noted the secondary team will be comprised of Niel John Panes, Bryant John Alianza, Michael Anthony Fernandez, Clayton Wayne Domecillo, Mark Christian Gubatayao, Eleazar Eata, Trex Sermonia, Role Van Valderrama, Zakary Lacson, Adonis Abela, Alexander Van Realino, Melenuel Lamoreno, and Jimiel Valiao or STI-West Negros University; Paul Klinbert Cordova and Luis Clauor of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos; John Leon Gumban of the University of St. La Salle; and Strauss Randy Soronio and Brylle Brian Engasta of Julio Ledesma National High School.
