Three unidentified men held-up two minors at 16th-Lacson Streets in Bacolod City, late Friday evening.
Police refused to identify the victims.
Based on victim statements provided to Police Station 2 (PS2), the pair were held up by the suspects, who walked beside them and declared a hold-up.
The three men forced the minors to yield cash amounting to P218 and a mobile phone worth P3,500.
The suspects then escaped towards an unknown direction.
PS2 is presently investigating the incident./JJA, WDJ
