The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) reportedly seized almost P756,000 worth of shabu since their return to the campaign against illegal drugs.
BCPO director, Police Senior Superintendent Francisco Ebreo, said, from December 23 of last year until January 31, 2018, they have conducted 47 anti-drug operations.
The operations resulted in 74 arrests, with 129 criminal cases filed.
The amount of drugs seized by the BCPO consists of 75.438 grams of shabu and 40.71 grams of marijuana.
Ebreo added, they recently had 21 drug suspects, who are on the city’s drugs watchlist, surrender, with one considered a ‘high-value target.’
The BCPO chief also revealed 26 newly-identified drug suspects, those not on their watchlist, also surrendered to his office./DGB, WDJ
