Bacolod Tay Tung High School (BTTHS) and STI-West Negros University (STI-WNU) currently lead Brackets A and B, respectively, in the ongoing Bacolod leg of the 2018 National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) at the Natalio G. Velez gym in Silay City.

In Bracket A, BTTHS beat the St. John’s Institute (SJI), 109-80, and Negros Occidental High School, 103-58, earning a 4-0 record and placing them atop the table.

Meanwhile, in Bracket B, STI-WNU beat the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, 101-78, and the University of St. La Salle (USLS), 82-80, to claim the lead.

The semifinals are currently being played as of press time, with BTTHS taking on USLS and STI-WNU playing SJI./JSG, WDJ
