Tribu Panayanon of Iloilo City National High School and Hubon Mangunguma of San Lorenzo, Guimaras, champions of this year’s Dinagyang Festival Ati-Ati and Kasadyahan Cultural competitions, respectively, were recently invited to the Aliwan Festival, which celebrates the country’s biggest festivals.

The event takes place in Manila in April.

The Dinagyang Festival was recognized at the 2017 Aliwan Fiesta, where the event was declared fiesta champion.
