After previously being considered a recipient for the Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) Sitio Energization Program, the 31 households of Purok Hacienda Virgen 2 Duplex in Barangay Efigenio Lizares, Talisay City received electricity through an extension project after the energization program was shelved.
