The fourth most wanted individual by the Pontevedra municipal police was arrested yesterday at Crossing Balangigay in Barangay Recreo, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.

Police identified the suspect as 50-year-old Emmanuel Mogar, a resident of the said barangay.

Police Senior Inspector Ryan Salazar, commander of the Pontevedra Municipal Police Station, said Mogar is wanted on charges of robbery with violence against or intimidation of person, which is under Article 294, Paragraph 4 of the Revised Penal Code.

The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Francisco Rodriguez of the La Carlota City Regional Trial Court-Branch 63, dated December 10, 2009.

Salazar added, Mogar is presently detained at their police station on P180,000 bail./DGB, WDJ
