Representatives from government and non-government organizations (NGOs) recently gathered at Bacolod-Silay Airport to conduct tabletop exercise to review emergency produces at the facility.

“In the case of airport operation emergencies, cooperation amongst various agencies and stakeholders is vital,” said Airport Manager Martin Terre.

Among the situations reviewed included emergency landings, with each of the over 50 participants taking on a different role.

Terre said more emergency operations collaborations are planned for the future./WDJ
