The Heva Management and Development Corporation (HMDC) recently donated a traffic light to Iloilo City, which will be installed at the intersection of the Benigno S. Aquino service road and Donato Pison Avenue in the Mandurriao district.

“We would like to express our gratitude for this donation to make our traffic flow better,” said Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III, who said the fixture will be particularly helpful during rush hour./WDJ
