Sunkist narrowly defeated Creamy Delight, 87-85, in Class B

Sunkist recently completed a last minute come-from-behind run to narrowly beat Creamy Delight, 87-85, in Class B of the ongoing Fil-Sino Athletic Club Asia Brewery Invitational Cup 2018 at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School (BTTHS) Po Hang Gym.
Sunkist carried a 44-33 lead going into halftime; however, Creamy Delight managed to bring it to a three-point game, heading into the fourth quarter behind, 65-62.
Creamy Delight later took an 85-77 lead.
With four minutes remaining, Gerson Medal and Chris Javelosa led Sunkist on a 10-0 run, clinching the victory.
Medal led the win with 19 points, followed by Ruel Bahian with 18, Lito Dumdum – 13, Javelosa – 12, and Monroe Chua – 11. Despite the loss, Carmelo Ruiz scored a total 22 points for Creamy Delight.
In other games, Summit beat Barista, 86-63, and Vitamilk beat Absolute, 77-63./JSG, WDJ
