SJI, UNO-R lead in the Bacolod leg

The St. John’s Institute (SJI) and the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) both currently hold undefeated 3-0 records, leading Brackets A and B, respectively, in the ongoing Bacolod leg of the 2018 National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) at the Natalio G. Velez gym in Silay City.

UNO-R defeated the Mansilingan Christian Academy (MCA), 103-54, and the University of St. La Salle, 82-80, over the weekend; SJI beat Negros Occidental High School, 90-70, and the Trinity Christian School (TCS), 114-27.

In other results, Bacolod Tay Tung High School defeated TCS, 140-45, and Bata National High School, 123-48; STI-West Negros University beat La Consolacion College-Bacolod, 98-66, and MCA, 107-55./JSG, WDJ
