Living Stones International School finishes second to DLSZ

The St. John’s Institute (SJI) Msgr. John Liu Activity Center in Bacolod City recently hosted the Manila-Negros 18-Under Volleyball Invitational Championships, where De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) defeated Living Stones International School in the finals, 25-14, 25-12, 22-25, 25-16.

The Talisay Selection finished in third place after beating SJI in the consolation game, 25-14, 22-25, 23-25, 25-8, 19-17.

Living Stones International School also picked up a couple of individual awards, including Cassie Carballo for best setter and Matet Espina for best opposite; while Shaira Mae Jardio of Talisay Selection was named best libero./JSG, WDJ
