The Bacolod City Implementation Team on the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health recently held a planning workshop at the City Health Office (CHO) Activity Center.
Among the topics discussed included the presentation of the responsible parenthood and reproductive health (RPRH) plan, the RPRH plan for five key result areas, updates from the Department of Health and non-government organization Visayas Health, and a presentation of a multi-sectoral plan in support of RPRH unmet need reduction strategy implementation.
Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia serves as overall chairperson for the team, with City Health Officer Ma. Carmela Gensoli as chair, City Population Office officer-in-charge Ernie Asoy – co-chair, and population program worker Mary Ann Alisbo – secretariat head./WDJ
