Jeremy Alcibar, an employee of the Iloilo City Office of the City Veterinarian, took home P100,000 after winning a raffle during the Iloilo City Hall Christmas Party last month.

“My Christmas and New Year will be more special this year,” he said. “I consider myself the luckiest knowing [there were] a lot of employees, like me, who [hoped] to win in the raffle.”

The prize was sourced through contributions from Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III, City Hall department heads, office chiefs, the City Hall Resource Employees Association, the Iloilo City Government Employees Credit Cooperative, among others./WDJ
