Bacolaodiat Festival 2018, scheduled to run from February 15 to 18, is set to open with a Grand Parade, featuring participants dressed in traditional Chinese garb, floats representing the 12 signs of the zodiac, city officials, along with fireworks.
Among the scheduled events include the Bacolaodiat Imperial Village, which will showcase Asian arts, including calligraphy, a wishing tree, among others; and Chopsticks Alley, featuring Chinese food stalls and cooking demonstrations.
There will also be cultural shows put on by various local Chinese schools, a lantern-making contest, a lantern streetdance competition, and corporate night.
