A suspected drug personality, who has been under observation by Police Station 2 (PS2), was arrested yesterday afternoon (December 28) following a buy-bust at Purok Kagaykay in Barangay 2, Bacolod City.

The suspect was identified as 38-year-old Celso Ortizano, also known as ‘Boy Law-ay’ and a resident of the said neighborhood.

PS2 commander, Police Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias, Jr., said in a radio interview Ortizano was on their drug watchlist.

Recovered from the operation were 12 sachets of suspected shabu, P700 cash believed to be proceeds from the sale of illegal drugs, a coin purse, and the P200 in marked money.
