Water Interruption in the Service Area

The Bacolod City Water District (Baciwa) will conduct a service improvement activity, which will cause a temporary water supply interruption and turbid water in some portions of the service area.

Activity: Relocation of 150 mm Ø Bridge Crossing Steel Pipe and replacement of defective 150 mm Ø gate valve at Mambulok Bridge; Installation of 150 mm Ø check valve in front of Sta. Clara Phase 2

Schedule: Today (December 22), from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Affected Areas: Barangays 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 21, and Banago; Reclamation and Downtown areas

Residents of the affected areas are advised to take appropriate actions to avoid undue inconvenience. (PR)
