The Negros Occidental Scholarship Program Division (NOSPD) held its year-end assembly earlier this week at The Porch, located at the Lopue’s East Centre in Bacolod City.

Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr., along with 63 scholars who recently passed their respective licensure examinations, were part of the event.

Another 52 scholars were also recognized for their achievements.

According to the governor, over P100 million is granted every year through the provincial scholarship program./WDJ
