The Iloilo City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) office recently provided financial assistance to help low-income families with medical expenses, with beneficiaries receiving P5,000 from the financial assistance center.

In addition, those admitted to the hospital can receive P6,000 or more, depending on their case.

“This program helps indigents financially in their hospitalization,” explained Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III. “We know that they badly need our support in times like this.”/WDJ
