Speaking before the Negros Association of Government Information Officers and Liaisons (NAGIOL) recently, Bacolod City Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) officer-in-charge Carolina Constantino reiterated the necessity of scheduling an appointment for passport processing.
She also noted, students travelling for educational purposes and those in need of immediate passport processing will be assisted as walk-in clientele. There are also courtesy lanes for senior citizens, minors, pregnant women, persons with disabilities, and single parents.
The DFA noted, online appointments are free and a personal appearance is required for all passport applicants.
